The mission of the Usher's Ministry is to be representatives of Christ and of our Church as servants.
Ushers work as a team; even Jesus knew this when he told the disciples to seat five thousand men and their families before feeding them with five loaves and two fishes. The ushers are leaders, greeters, escorters, and helpers. They welcome all that come into the Lord's house and provide the seating and comfort of the congregation at all worship services. The ushers assist in the prevention of interruptions, distractions, collection of tithes and offerings during the services.
Members of the Usher's Ministry thanks God for the opportunity to serve and for the spiritual gifts he has bestowed upon them. Those in the ministry are honored to be servants to the Lord, the Pastor, and to the members of the Little Rock Baptist Church.
Our Ushers are:
- Sister Irell Thompson - President
- Sister Ora "Honey" Colbert
- Sister Tanisha Cox
- Sister Joyce Drew
- Sister Shawnta Johnson
