The ministers have been called by God and sent to preach the gospel of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The ministers will strive for the enrichment of the entire spiritual scope of Little Rock Baptist Church activities.
Rev. Daniel Reeves, Pastor
The pastor shall preach the gospel, administer the ordinances, watch over the membership, and have charge of the spiritual welfare of the congregation and the stated services of public worship. The pastor shall be an ex-officio member of all boards and committees of the church. (Read Biography)

Rev. Reginald R. Farmer, Director of Youth Ministry
The youth minister serve the church by developing, coordinating and administering an effective and comprehensive ministry to the young people of the church and providing leadership to and supervision of members and volunteers involved in the ministry. The minister will serve under the direct authority of the pastor supporting him in all areas considered necessary and appropriate to enhance the spreading of the Gospel and leading of souls to Christ.
