Rev. Reginald Ray Farmer is a native of Washington, DC, received and completed his education from the Washington, D.C.
and Prince Georges County Public Schools.
Rev. Farmer gave his life to Christ in July 1993 at the Little Rock Baptist Church of Clinton, Maryland and was
baptized by the late Founder and Pastor Wilford O. Noel, Sr. He accepted his calling into the ministry in 1997
after hearing the Lord many times, prophecies and receiving many confirmations. Rev. Farmer was licensed and
ordained to preach the Gospel in 1999, by Faith Fellowship Ministers, Fort Drum, New York under the leadership of
Pastor Harold D. Robinson. He continued to pursue God's calling and completed Catechism School where he was ordained
by the National Capital Baptist Convention of Washington, DC & Vicinity School of Catechism at New Chapel Baptist
Church of Camp Springs, Maryland under the Leadership of Pastor William Hill.
From 1989 to 1996, Rev. Farmer served in the DC Army National Guard and was Honorably Discharged. After that,
he began his Active Duty military career from 1996 to 2004. During his service in the military, God blessed him
through both wars, Desert Shield/Storm and Operation Iraqi/Enduring Freedom after which he was Honorably discharged
in 2004. While serving our Country and attending several Leadership Schools, as well as Ministers Training, he has
earned many awards, medals, and certificates. Rev. Farmer has been shown the favor of God in the United States and
abroad. Rev. Farmer is currently attending Strayer University where he is pursuing a Bachelors of Business
Administration Degree with a concentration in Management. He has earned a Bachelors of Theology from Almeda
University with a major in Religious Studies; and inspires to receive his Masters of Divinity.
Rev. Farmer thanks the Lord for the opportunities to serve HIM in many areas of Ministry. He loves to sing and plays
all percussions. He has served as Music Minister, Sunday School Superintendent (as well as Teacher), Adult and
Children's Bible Study Teacher, taught at the National Capital Congress of Christian Education in the Spring and Fall
Leadership Schools, Men's Fellowship President, Men's Retreat Facilitator, Parish Council Leader, Adult and Youth Choir
Director, Praise & Worship Leader, Chaplain for the 11th Transportation Company, Assistant Pastor and Interim Pastor.
Rev. Farmer is simply a child of God, an Ambassador for Christ, being used to impact many lives in so many ways that
he himself is in perpetual awe: His determination is to bless the Lord at all times, that His praise shall
continually be in and out of his mouth. Rev. Farmer regularly says, "Praise is not just what I do, but who I am."
Rev. Farmer also has one son Reginald Ray Farmer, II and one daughter Raynese Regina Farmer.
His favorite scripture verse is II Corinthians 5: 17 "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature: the old has gone; the new has come!"
