The deacons assist the pastor in attending to the welfare of the church and
promote christian instruction and ministry to the church membership. The deacons are the watchful guardians of the purity and good order of the church.

Deaconesses

The deaconesses assist the pastor in developing the spiritual growth of the
women of the church. The deaconesses cooperate with the pastor and deacons in
visiting members; in the care of the sick, needy and distressed; and with the
observances of the church ordinances (communion and baptism).

The church administrative staff is responsible for all clerical duties such as incoming and outgoing correspondence,
taking attendance and notes at church meetings, maintaining church roster, filing church documents, preparing church bulletins, and distributing information as deemed necessary or as requested by the church members.

The trustees hold in trust all property belonging to the church and take all
the necessary measures for the church building and finances. The trustees
supervises the raising and disbursements of the funds, and maintains written

The ushers are leaders, greeters, escorters, and helpers. They welcome all that come into the Lord's house and provide the seating and comfort of the congregation at all worship services. The ushers assist in the prevention of interruptions, distractions, collection of tithes and offerings during the services.

The benevolent/hospitality ministry creates an atmosphere where both members and guests of Little Rock feel accepted in our fellowship. The committee is also responsible for doing whatever is necessary to enhance each person's worship experience and also responsible for sending cards, donations, and flowers/fruit baskets to members or immediate family members as appropriate.
