Wilford Owen Noel, Sr., joined Galilee Methodist Church at an early age. He attended the
Maple Springs Bible College.
He was ordained a Deacon on November 24, 1974, at St. Stephens Baptist Church in
Washington, D.C.
where he taught the young adults for six years. He taught Sunday School and Bible Study for
three years at the Union Bethel AME Church, in Brandywine, Maryland.
In 1984, he was ordained as a Deacon at Antioch Baptist Church at Clinton, Maryland. For three
years he taught Bible Study, served as an Assistant Superintendent for the Sunday School, and
was the Coordinator for services held at the Pine View Convalescent Home.
On November 1, 1992, Rev. Noel became the Founder and Pastor of Little Rock Baptist Church
of
Clinton, Maryland. As Pastor, Rev. Noel envisioned great things for the Little Rock church
family. He was "committed" to God, his family, his church and the community.
